Some recent updates to our video players may cause them to disappear temporarily from your browser window. If a Slate V page looks normal, except there’s no video player, we have some suggestions to bring it back. Essentially, these are instructions on how to clear the cache in your browser because the problem appears to stem from an old file hanging around a little too long. Force it to go away, and the video will reappear.
Here's the first thing to try:
On a PC, press the Control and F5 keys simultaneously. Alternatively, press the Control key and the browser refresh icon. On a Mac, hold the Command key and click the refresh icon on the tool bar. If those methods don’t work, empty the browser cache (see the chart below to find your browser).
